This is one of the best movie I ever saw. Mamooty done a good job as a original trisurkaran. South Indian recipe—Hot & sweet Mango Rita
——————————————
1.Half ripen Mango which is chopped 2Nos
2.1 Cup Coconut Milk
3.4 No’s Green Chilly
4.1 Tea spoon———Mustard seed
5.Small onion——-1 small bowl
6.Curry leaves
7.Coconut oil———-1 Table spoon
8.Red chilly———–2nos
9.Salt——————-To taste
10.Sugar—————1table spoon

Preparation
——————–

Hot the pan pour the coconut oil, put mustard seed, put small onion pieces, red chilly and wait until it turns golden brown add Half ripen Mango & green chilly and stir it for 2 minutes add the coconut milk and curry leaves add salt and sugar-remove from the fire—-and try to make it cold…Use along with Rice Or Chapatti.

chicken vindaloo

1 kg diced chicken
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tbsp whole black peppercorn
1 tbsp cardamumseeds
12 no. whole cloves
1 tbsp chilly powder
4 cinnamon stick
2 tbsp fenugreek seeds
2 tbsp ginger fresh minced
2 tbsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp mustered power
2 tbsp turmeric power
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp garlic minced
1 cup vinegar, or cooking wine
4-6 tbsp vej oil
2 onion medium choped
4 bey leaves
300ml water

Method: Gently roast the dry spices from coriander seeds through to cumin seeds for about 5 minutes in a fry pan on low heat.
Put these roasted spices in a blander along with mustered seeds turmeric, salt, garlic and the vinegar to form vindaloo sauce. Add little water if necessary.
Marinate the chicken in this vindaloo sauce for over 8 hours in a non metallic bowl.
Heat oil and saute bay leaves and onion until soft.Remove and set aside.
Now fry the marinated chicken for a few minutes adding more oil if necessary.Add the remain g vindaloo sauce sauted onion and water.

Simmer till the chicken is tender(stirring well) and the curry is thick. Add salt and chilly to suit your taste if necessary.
garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with steamed basmati rice.

my God…u guys are THE craziest….!!
though i’m very very late in listening this…and that too at htis late hour of a working day…, i think this has been one of the best prank calls ever, by-passing my personal rating of the Korean couple (:-))…
i was trying to locate the podcast of the prank call that u guys had given to my cousin on her anniversary, but ended up with such a bonanza

Jean, amazing work…. half way through i thought, what the hell is this guy saying?? may be that movie didnt work and thats y he is so pissed off… ) but excellent sound ‘modification’ for a second,i felt pity for Sindhu…pavaam, just one question and so much of issues… and Mithun’s angry question was the icing on the cake…!

I flew Emirates on 13th Oct from Dubai to Bangalore. Normally I watch some movies, but this time believe me I was totally hooked to the Malayalam channel and I thoroughly enjoyed it. The small bits of experiences from artists in between too made it all the more interesting. Do keep up the good work!!! Listening to the good collection of songs made me hum along and my son sitting next to me was getting embarrassed but I was happy that I was flying high in the sky along with you!

I choose the symbol after writing each symbal 10 times. The fourth one was the easyest one.

First & second one is very difficult to make especially by normal persons.

Forth one is easy to write but take more time comparing with forth one. But asthetic view is good.

Fifth one also fine and easy but after comparison, i feel fourth one is the perfect one.

Yesterday I was listening to Jayasuriya, Mithun & Shalu during the ‘Jalakam’ session on my way back from office. I was laughing all through my drive of 45 minutes listening to jayan. It was quite refreshing & humourous. Jayasuriya is, indeed, fit to become a potential RJ. He has got good timing for dialogues and mithun’s eda/poda terms with Jayan helped.

Hi,

Iam a fan of Mr. Shabu for his everyday morning get set go news for the day. I like his presentation very much. Basically iam from Tamil nadu but driving time regular listener of 96.7fm. Also i like title song bi………g breaaaaak fast club. who sung? that it is very nice but past few days not in air. morning till 7.15am and evening show i like mithuns presentation and his voice too.
if u discuss about this it is requested to air between 6.10am to 7.15am and evening 5.45 pm to 6.45pm travel to office in dubai from sharjah

Hit Fm done a great job again by bringing Mr.Padmanabhan again live on air,Also from each and every matters he said or discussed,there are lot of things to learn and admit in our life.Most special thing is that the good malayalam he speaks,which unfortunately most of us like to mix up the great language with english and bringing out a scrap called manglish.Atleast in my opinion Hit Fm should have promote malayalam through there shows.We malayalis love this radio channel just because its considered as a MALAYALEE.

i cannot but send an e-note to you to share the joy, excitement and even a little bewilderment when i listened to the song ‘Theri ankhon ke sive” on 17/04/`10. i was driving down to Ajman with my family listening to one of the songs by Lataji on Yadon ki Barath.I felt like listening to Teri ankhon ke siva and wanted to send u a text, and to my surprise when the shayar of the day asked u to play any one of Rafi,s songs you played the same which i had already started singing in the car!!!!!

I have small suggesion, keep some space between the event and selection, so that some really deserved mothers can get a chance to join the event after obtaining the passport.You know most of them wont have passport back home.
