Mithun

A villain? Mithun? Ah, yes. It’s true folks. Back home in Kerala, the friendly and upbeat host of Hit’s Radioactive show played the villain in Malayalam movies such as Vettam and Nammal.

From there he went on to host the popular television show Little Masters, Malayalam version of the US show starring Bill Cosby called Kids Say The Darndest Things.

Mithum's success drew the attention of the ARN team, and in 2004 he moved to Dubai to help launch Hit 96.7FM.

And yes Mithun loves Dubai.

“I’m really, really happy here. I love the speed of Dubai. I live life in the fast lane. This place is perfect for me,” he says.

During winter , his favourite pastime is to hang out with friends in shisha parlours and in summer he indulges his movie passion and calls himself the “marathon movie man”.
“I once watched three seasons of TV sitcom Friends on DVD in one sitting, it took all of Friday and half of Saturday.”

Mithun’s life motto? "Live in the moment and leave the rest to God."
