Oil prices to stay low in the short term

Oil prices will probably stay low for the next 12 months, but the long term prospects are bright for Gulf energy producers such as the UAE. That’s according to Daniel Yergin, one of the world’s most influential oil experts and author of Pulitzer award-winning book The Prize.
