UAE to get 100 Primary Care facilities by 2030

Aster Clinics UAE has announced plans to expand its network from 85 to over 100 facilities across the UAE by 2030, with a commitment to invest AED 100 million and increase staff strength to 4,100 across the country.

It is driven by sustained growth in patient demand, with annual footfall across the clinics network increasing by 15 per cent over the last year. 

The UAE outpatient segment also recorded over 70 per cent of total healthcare interactions, reinforcing the vital role of primary care networks in delivering accessible, first-contact care. 

The new facilities will introduce specialty centres, strengthen in-clinic diagnostics, and integrate digital and smart health solutions, alongside expanded homecare and personalised care services in high-density residential corridors and emerging communities across the Emirates. It supports the UAE's growing population and demand for neighbourhood-based “10–15 minute access” healthcare models.

It will also scale its diabetes care capabilities through a “clinic within clinics” model, enabling integrated, accessible management of chronic conditions across its network, in addition to Orthopaedics and Physiotherapy care.
