Heidi Klum is well known for her extravagant costumes and this year she transformed into Frankenstein's monster, complete with patches of sewn skin and metal spikes coming out of her spine.
She spent hours in the make-up chair and shared the experience with fans on Instagram.
Past outfits have included Princess Fiona from Shrek and the werewolf from Michael Jackson's Thriller video.
