Justin Bieber is being sued for $100,000. Robert Earl Morgan claims the 22-year-old singer destroyed his mobile phone when he tried to record footage of Justin attempting to chug beer at Cle nightclub in Houston, Texas last month. According to the lawsuit filed by Mr Morgan and obtained by TMZ, Justin became "enraged, grabbed his cell phone and smashed it to pieces". He is suing for such a large amount because the phone contained impossible to replace pictures, including those of his grandmother's 100th birthday party and up to 5,000 images and videos from his travels. Mr Morgan also claims that he lost a number of business contacts when the phone was destroyed. Meanwhile, it has recently been revealed that Prince described Justin as a mediocre artist in a never-before-seen interview The late 'Purple Rain' hitmaker had a phenomenal pop career which spanned five decades and saw him release 35 albums on which he mastered all musical genres. Since his shock death at the age of 57 last month, an interview he conducted in 2014 for Rolling Stone magazine has surfaced in which he took aim with a jibe against 'Sorry' singer Justin, whom he claimed was more personality than talent. In the Q&A, Prince said: "You're trying to find the personality first, make sure you've got that locked in. And it's better if they got scandal on 'em or a reality show or sex tape. And they have it down to an art. They're getting street cred for Justin Bieber now!"
