Kaley Cuoco has dropped estranged husband Ryan Sweeting's name. The 'Big Bang Theory' actress adopted the tennis ace's last name professionally, going by Kaley Cuoco-Sweeting, following their 2013 wedding but has now made a clean break after filing for divorce last month. Kaley appeared to show off her newly reclaimed maiden name by snapping a photo of her place setting at the Longines Masters event on Friday night (02.10.15). The 29-year-old beauty snapped a photo of the dinner table setting - which refers to her as Kaley Cuoco - on Instagram and wrote: "And my weekend starts right now." The sitcom star and husband Ryan, 28, called it quits on their marriage on September 25 after just 21 months of marriage. The pair tied the knot on December 31, 2013, after dating for just six months. Kaley allegedly ended her relationship with Ryan after he became "addicted to painkillers". A source told Us Weekly magazine: "She supported him but she said he couldn't make the commitment to get sober." The family friend also revealed Kaley is "devastated" their marriage didn't work and has now been "sworn off dating."
