Kanye backs out of $14 million condo he bought Kim for Christmas

The couple has pulled out of their "dream home" purchase due to privacy concerns.

Kanye West is set to lose the $600,000 down payment he made on the property when he reserved it as a Christmas gift for his wife Kim.

The couple, who are now expecting their fourth child via a surrogate, has ditched the luxury condo in Miami Beach because they felt it wasn't right for them after being photographed on its balcony.

According to TMZ, the couple is now looking to invest in a property in the Bahamas or other tropical destinations that their whole family will be able to enjoy and would give them their much-needed privacy.
