Kelly Rohrbach has joined the cast of the 'Baywatch' movie. The Sports Illustrated model - who recently split from Leonardo DiCaprio - joins Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and Zac Efron in the big-screen remake of the TV series. Kelly, 25, will take over the role of lifeguard CJ Parker, made famous by Pamela Anderson. The Rock announced the casting news in a series of funny videos on his Instagram, in which he put Kelly through her paces. He captioned one video: "For our #BAYWATCH and the iconic role of "CJ Parker" I had to make sure @kellyrohrbach was gorgeous running in SLO-MO...." and in another clip which sees him push the blonde beauty over, he added: "For our #BAYWATCH and the iconic role of "CJ Parker" I had to make sure @kellyrohrbach was... tough (sic)." However, he then got serious and praised the model as "smart, tough and funny". He wrote: "A pleasure welcoming @kellyrohrbach to our #BAYWATCH family for the iconic role of "CJ Parker". Yes, she's a walking smoke stack but more importantly... she's smart, tough and funny. Just the way we like 'em. Get ready world, we can't wait to bring you our generation's #BAYWATCH! You'll have fun... (sic)." Kelly wrote on her own Instagram page: "It's official! So excited to finally announce that I'll be joining @therock in the upcoming #BAYWATCH movie! It has been an amazing ride thus far, can't wait for what's to come! Feeling beyond blessed and grateful! Here we go!! #waitwhosmitch (sic)." Kelly's casting was announced on Monday (04.01.16), the same day her split from Leonardo was revealed.
