Hollywood star Matt Damon has revealed that his 21-year-old daughter Alexia had contracted coronavirus "early on".
During an interview with a radio station in Dublin, the actor confirmed that she and her roommates contracted the virus at their university in New York City and "got through it fine".
Damon said he'll "reunite with" Alexia "at the end of the month".
He's currently in Dublin suburb Dalkey along with his wife and three younger daughters after lockdown measures were introduced while he was filming for The Last Duel.
Damon called his stint in Dublin "like a fairytale" and described it as "one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been".
