The Arab League has condemned the Israeli army's demolition of an entire neighborhood in southern Lebanon's Bint Jbeil District.
In a statement, Secretary General Nabil Fahmy said the policy of imposing collective punishment on civilians constitutes an unacceptable violation of international humanitarian law.
He also called on the international community and the UN Security Council to fulfill their responsibilities and stand against this expansionist approach.
