Debris from a ballistic missile launched by the Houthi militia caused material damage to a kindergarten and a medical clinic complex in Riyadh after the missile was intercepted and destroyed, Saudi authorities said on Thursday.
The General Directorate of Civil Defense added that its teams responded to the scene and implemented standard procedures for such incidents.

In a separate advisory, King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh urged travellers to check the status of their flights directly with airlines before heading to the airport.
The advisory came as Saudi authorities announced the interception and destruction of three Houthi ballistic missiles, including two launched toward Riyadh and a third targeting Khamis Mushait.
