A 6.3-magnitude earthquake has struck Costa Rica-Panama border around 0523 GMT Wednesday.
That's according to the US Geological Survey, which said it didn't trigger a tsunami alert.
The shallow quake struck at a depth of 10 km, with its epicentre located 11 km east of the Panamanian border town of Puerto Armuelles.
The tremor was felt in Costa Rica's capital San Jose and in many parts of the Central American country.
