At least two people have been killed and five others injured in the Canadian city of Quebec after they were attacked by a man "dressed in medieval clothes".
The attack on Saturday night happened near the national assembly and a man in his mid-20s was arrested just before 1:00 am (local time).
According to officials, the man attacked "multiple victims" with a bladed weapon.
People have been asked to remain indoors as the police determine the motive behind the killing.
