The UAE has confirmed 1,556 new cases of COVID-19 from 275,317 tests in the past 24 hours.
Another 1,490 people have recovered, taking the overall tally to 911,226.
The total number of fatalities remains at 2,309 as no further deaths have been reported.
A total of 930,475 cases have been diagnosed in the UAE so far, out of which 16,940 are currently active.
