Th Roads and Transport Authority's (RTA) self-serve smart systems are proving to be extremely popular.
They've been used to process nearly 180,000 transactions in the last seven months alone.
The devices operate 24 hour a day and comprise of 22 self-service kiosks and 14 smart counters across the city.
Services include drivers and vehicles licensing, issuing certificates, renewal and replacement of vehicle registration, payment of fines and recovering the PIN of nol card, to name a few.
