A restaurant in Abu Dhabi has been shut down for repeatedly violating food safety rules.
'Desi Pak Punjab Restaurant' was pulled up for offences related to food handling and hygiene levels as well as poor ventilation and pest control standards.
The Abu Dhabi Agriculture and Food Safety Authority said that the outlet will be allowed to reopen only after rectifying the issues.
The authority urged the public to contact the hotline 800555 to report complaints and concerns related to food safety.
