Abu Dhabi has unveiled the world’s first AI public servant at GITEX Global 2025 as part of the latest upgrade to the emirate's TAMM super app.
The new TAMM AutoGov feature is designed to manage everyday government tasks automatically, from licence renewals and utility payments to healthcare appointments, without user intervention.
It can automatically handle recurring services, with users having the ability to set preferences, customise automation and trust that services will happen seamlessly and securely.
Officials say this marks a major step in Abu Dhabi’s goal of becoming the world’s first AI-native government, where services are proactive and personalised that adapt to people’s lives.
The upgraded TAMM platform now delivers over 1,100 public and private services, with smart features like voice-enabled navigation, real-time document scanning, and even AI hologram pods for live face-to-face support in both Arabic and English.
Residents can also help shape future services through the new 'TAMM by You' feature, reinforcing Abu Dhabi’s commitment to a truly connected, community-focused government.
