Driver alert: Partial closure of key roads in Dubai

Dubai's Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced a set of road closures in the emirate for the Ironman 70.3 triathlon.

Some lanes on Jumeriah Road, Umm Suqueim and Al Qudra will be closed on Friday morning, with the authorities releasing a detailed map on their official social media channels.

To organise IRONMAN 70.3 2020 Dubai bike course on Friday, February 7, some lanes on Jumeirah Road, Umm Suqueim Street and Al Qudra Street will be closed partially, from 6:45 AM to 1:20 PM. Thank you for your cooperation. pic.twitter.com/OPhIB2leIb

Motorists have been advised to take alternate routes.
