Held under the theme “The Future is Here,” the 19th edition promises to be the largest yet, featuring over 1,500 global companies, 200 aircraft displays, and 148,000 expected visitors.
The event will spotlight innovations in sustainability, AI, space exploration and advanced mobility.
Key speakers at the press conference included Dr. Ahmad Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Sports, and Chairman of the UAE Space Agency; Omran Sharaf, Assistant Foreign Minister for Advanced Science and Technology Affairs; Paul Griffiths, Chief Executive Officer of Dubai Airports; Major General Marwan Abulkarim Julfar, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Port Affairs, Dubai Police; Mohammed Abdulla Lengawi, Director-General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority; Expert Hamed Mohamed Al Sayed Al Hashimi, Dubai Police; Eugene Barry, Chairman – Dubai Airshow Project Board, and Chief Commercial Officer, Dubai Airports; Brigadier Mohammed Obaid Al Marshoudi, Deputy Executive Director of the Military Organising Committee for Dubai Airshow; and Tim Hawes, Managing Director, Informa.
New features this year include the largest-ever Space Pavilion, the debut of eVTOL (electric vertical take-off) aircraft in flying displays, and Airshow After Dark—a twilight networking experience with live performances.
Attendees can also look forward to interactive zones, wellness activations, youth-focused inspiration zones, and a unique 5K runway run as part of the Dubai Fitness Challenge.
Organisers say the 2025 edition sets a new benchmark for innovation, collaboration, and global engagement in the aerospace industry.
