Dubai International Airport (DXB) is marking 60 years of connecting travellers with the world.
From a small desert runway in 1960, DXB has grown phenomenally and has since welcomed over 1.1 billion customers.
It has handled over 7.47 million flights in the process, connecting more than 240 destinations in 95 countries.
