Dubai Police have introduced a new "National Inspector" role within the General Department of Airport Security for one of the world's busiest travel hubs.
Viewed as a forward step in strengthening aviation security and reinforcing oversight standards, the newly introduced role focuses on enhancing inspection quality, ensuring strict compliance with security regulations, and building a new generation of highly specialised Emirati professionals equipped to meet global aviation security demands.
The initiative also creates a clear and structured career pathway, enabling professionals to progress from technical and supervisory roles to the advanced level of National Inspector.
This progression will be based on hands-on experience, specialised training, and the ability to assess risks, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance using internationally recognised standards.
