His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, officially opened Ain Dubai, the world’s largest and tallest observation wheel, on Thursday.

From a documentary looking at the work that went into making the observation wheel to checking out a passenger cabin, His Highness was given a complete overview of the new experience.
He also toured the exclusive hall reserved for VIP guests and its souvenir area.
The 48 passenger cabins, which provide visitors the perfect vantage point for a 360-degree view of Dubai, will be able to carry more than 1,750 people at one time. And, one complete rotation of the wheel will be completed in 38 minutes.
