His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, has been promoted to the rank of General.
His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, UAE President and Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, has issued a federal decree promoting Sheikh Hamdan.
The decree will be published in the official gazette and takes effect from the date of issuance.
