His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, has approved a budget of AED 181 billion for 2022-24.
In the budget, AED60 billion will be for 2022, with special focus on "enhancing citizens’ happiness and providing them the best services".
It will also aim to boost Dubai's efforts to stimulate the macro-economy and support goals of Dubai Strategic Plan 2030.

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai’s Executive Council, said the decision is aimed at "cementing the emirate's ambitious future plans, enhancing its position as a leading global commercial hub and enabling Dubai to lead global economic recovery efforts".
