The Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Humanitarian and Charity Establishment (MBRHC) has announced a AED 20 million contribution to the Fathers' Endowment campaign.
The campaign, which coincides with the holy month of Ramadan, aims to honour fathers by creating a sustainable fund to provide healthcare and treatment for the less fortunate.
His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Supreme Chairman of the MBRHC, highlighted the positive impact of this initiative, emphasising its alignment with Islamic values and the UAE's long-standing commitment to humanitarian work.
This campaign is part of the wider Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), which has previously supported major humanitarian efforts such as the '10 Million Meals' and '1 Billion Meals' campaigns.
The Fathers' Endowment campaign offers the opportunity for individuals to make donations in honour of their fathers, promoting the values of respect, compassion, and solidarity.
The campaign is welcoming donations from individuals and institutions through several channels, including its website, a dedicated call centre, bank transfers and SMS options. Contributions can also be made through the DubaiNow app and Jood, Dubai’s community contributions platform.
