Teams from Dubai Civil Defence have responded to a fire that broke out at a restaurant on Sheikh Zayed Road early Monday, with no injuries recorded.
In a statement shared with ARN News, Dubai Civil Defence said their control room were alerted about the incident at 07:42 am, with firefighters from Al Ittihad Station dispatched as the first responder.
Arriving within six minutes, the team classified the fire as medium in scale, and residents were evacuated from the building as a precautionary measure.
By 10:50 am, the fire was put under control, with cooling operations carried out across the area.
The site will be handed over to the relevant authorities upon the completion of the cooling operations, officials added.
