The 18-month programme is open to middle and top-level government employees across key sectors.
Its third session will begin in September and will include two modules, each running for six months.
The modules and content of the programme have been developed by leading national and global future experts, scientists, entrepreneurs, and CEOs.

This reflects the goal of this strategic programme," said His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Dubai's Crown Prince and Chairman of The Executive Council of Dubai.
