Authorities in Sharjah are urging public and private organisations to raise awareness among staff members about the emirate’s census project. They’ve also sought the support of families to speed up the data gathering process, which started last month. The census aims to provide accurate statistical data on economic, social and demographic sectors in Sharjah. Field visits covering all residences, government departments and commercial properties will continue until November 20.
