A new museum to celebrate the heritage of Sharjah's Kalba region is being designed.
The detailed plans of the two-storey Kalba Heritage Museum has been approved by His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah.
Spread across 32,000 square metres, it will be located on the Kalba beach opposite Khor Kalba.
It will house exhibition halls designated for various cultural, social and artistic activities.
