His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE, and Ruler of Dubai, has announced the best government entities in the UAE after sharing their star ratings.
His Highness took to twitter to share the approved ratings.
69 government service centers were evaluated across the UAE, 14 of which have improved on their star ranking.
The Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICA) in Al Barsha, Dubai, as well as The Fujairah Traffic and Licensing Center were praised for achieving six stars.
While, 32 were awarded four stars and 21 received three.
The UAE government introduced a star-rating system in 2012, as part of a drive to boost the quality of services available to the public.
