The United Arab Emirates air defences intercepted five ballistic missiles and 17 drones on Tuesday, according to a statement from the Ministry of Defence (MoD).
Since the start of Iran's attacks, the UAE have now intercepted 357 ballistic missiles, 15 cruise missiles and 1,806 drones.
These attacks resulted in the deaths of two members of the armed forces while performing national duty, as well as six civilians of Pakistani, Nepalese, Bangladeshi, and Palestinian nationalities.
There have also been injuries to 161 individuals, ranging from minor to moderate to severe of Emirati, Egyptian, Sudanese, Ethiopian, Filipino, Pakistani, Iranian, Indian, Bangladeshi, Sri Lankan, Azerbaijani, Yemeni, Ugandan, Eritrean, Lebanese, Afghan, Bahraini, Comorian, Turkish, Iraqi, Nepalese, Nigerian, Omani, Jordanian, Palestinian, Ghanaian, Indonesian, Swedish, and Tunisian nationalities.
The MoD affirmed that it is on high alert and readiness to deal with any threats and to firmly counter all attempts to undermine the security of the state, in a manner that ensures the protection of its sovereignty, security, and stability, and safeguards its interests and national capabilities.
