The UAE has announced 445 new cases of COVID-19, taking the overall tally in the country to 53,045.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), more than 51,000 coronavirus tests were carried out across the UAE.
The ministry has also confirmed that 1 more person has died from the virus, bringing the total death toll to 327.
Meanwhile, 568 people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 42,282 in the country.
