The UAE has announced 460 new cases of COVID-19.
According to the Ministry of Health and Prevention (MoHAP), this now brings the total number of cases to 5,825.
They revealed that two people have died from the virus, which makes the total number of deaths 35 in the country.
MoHAP also confirmed that 61 more people have recovered from the virus, bringing the total number of recoveries to 1,095.
The Ministry also reported that it conducted an additional 25,000 tests as part of efforts to ramp up testing across the population.
