The UAE has completed the 51st airdrop of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip as part of Operation 'Birds of Goodness'.
According to the Joint Operations Command of the Ministry of Defence, a total of 3,463 tonnes of food and relief supplies have been delivered since the launch of the operation in March 2024.
The latest aid drop included food and essential supplies to assist residents facing dire conditions, reinforcing the UAE’s commitment to humanitarian support for the Palestinian people.
It’s important to note that airdrop operations were temporarily suspended due to the region’s security situation, a precautionary measure aimed at ensuring the safety of personnel, facilities, and equipment.
