The UAE government has dismissed reports about shorter work week for federal employees being circulated online as untrue.
Taking to their official social media handles, the Federal Authority For Government Human Resources confirmed there is "no change in working hours" for federal workers from the start of July.
The authority urged the public to seek information from official channels.
The report claimed that employees could do a four-day working week if they chose to clock 10 hours a day from July 1.
