His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, has met with the UAE Police Support Team, who have completed their special training ahead of their deployment to Paris for the 2024 Olympic Games.
The UAE Ministry of Interior has received an official invitation from the French authorities to assist in securing the major international sporting event.
Sheikh Saif expressed his full confidence in the team and urged them to demonstrate their professionalism in this critical international role.

The UAE Police Support Team is composed of a diverse group of personnel, including female officers and specialists from various police units.
The team is inclusive of police dog units (K9), and security support teams, all of whom have undergone rigorous training to prepare for the major event.
