Relief supplies for the Saqr Humanitarian Ship have now been fully prepared ahead of their shipment to El Arish Port in Egypt, in support of civilians in the Gaza Strip.
The aid was assembled by the Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi Charity and Humanitarian Foundation at the Ras Al Khaimah Exhibition Centre as part of ongoing arrangements to load the vessel in the coming period.
The relief packages include food, medical supplies, health items and shelter materials, forming part of a total cargo of around 4,000 tonnes of humanitarian assistance.
The initiative is part of the UAE’s wider efforts to ease the suffering of people in Gaza through an integrated humanitarian framework.
Volunteers from across the community took part in preparing the aid, reflecting the strong spirit of solidarity that characterises UAE society.
Officials say these efforts continue the UAE’s long‑standing humanitarian commitment to supporting the Palestinian people during the ongoing crisis in Gaza.
