The UAE has strongly condemned the terrorist bombing that targeted a police vehicle in the Tank district of northwestern Pakistan that killed at least seven police personnel on Monday.
In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) reaffirmed the UAE’s permanent rejection of all forms of violence and terrorism aimed at undermining security and stability.
The ministry also expressed its sincere condolences and sympathy to the victims' families, the government, and the people of Pakistan.
According to Reuters, the Tank deputy police chief Pervez Shah said five police personnel were killed on the spot after the remote-controlled bomb went off, while two others had died in hospital
