The UAE has won the bid to host COSPAR 2028, one of the largest space science conferences in the world.
The 47th scientific assembly of the Committee on Space Research (COSPAR) is scheduled take place in Dubai from July 8-16, 2028.
It will be held for the first time in the Arab region, bringing together over 3,000 researchers, experts and scientists to discuss the latest research in the space sector.
The Mohammed bin Rashid Space Centre won the bid to host this major event.
