The UAE's 'Operation Chivalrous Knight 3' has completed 500 days of continuous humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
Over 65,000 tonnes of food, medical supplies and relief items, valued at more than AED 4.4 billion ($1.2 billion) have been provided so far.
Assistance has been delivered by air, land and sea, with the UAE setting up two field hospitals, one in Gaza and another on a floating hospital off Egypt’s coast, treating over 62,000 cases.
The initiative also provided 17 ambulances, 1,200 tonnes of medical supplies, and six desalination plants producing two million gallons of water daily for those in need.
In addition, 21 field bakeries and 50 kitchens serve meals to families, while 594 air missions and 3,495 aid trucks have helped bring vital supplies.
Fourteen ships have also delivered relief by sea, ensuring aid reaches Gaza through all available channels.
This ongoing effort reflects the UAE’s unwavering commitment to supporting the Palestinian people and providing crucial humanitarian assistance in their time of need.
