Police in the emirate have rejected the reports circulating on social media and have also denied receiving any complaints.
They have urged residents not to spread false information and to always verify the news with official sources.

UAE helps the return of 500 Golden Visa holders and residents stranded abroad
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MoFA) said on Sunday it had, in coordination with the National Emergency Crisis and Disaster Management Authority (NCEMA), facilitated the return of around 500 UAE Golden Visa holders and residents whose travel had been disrupted by regional tensions and aviation restrictions.
