Abdullah Humaid Al Muhairi won individual silver for the UAE in jumping at the 20th Asian Games Aichi-Nagoya 2026 on Sunday.
Riding Hudson de Vains, Al Muhairi reached a three-way jump-off in the 1.50-metre Competition A final on Sunday after producing a clear round.
He finished with four faults in 41.93 seconds to take silver, with Qatar’s Faleh Alajmi winning gold and Saudi Arabia’s Khaled Almobty taking bronze.
The result gave Emirates Jumping its second silver medal of the Games after the team event on Thursday.
Humaid Abdulla Khalifa Al Muhairi narrowly missed out on another medal, finishing fourth with Mentos.
In the 1.55-metre Competition B final, Omar Abdul Aziz Al Marzooqi finished sixth with Enjoy de la Mure, while Sheikha Latifah bint Ahmed Al Maktoum was seventh with Cornet XL.
All four UAE combinations finished inside the top 10 in their respective individual competitions.
