Dubai Basketball recorded a 114–91 victory over Crvena Zvezda on Sunday, in an ABA League game played in Sarajevo, marking the team’s highest-scoring performance of the season.
The match, held at Zetra Arena in front of around 5,000 spectators, saw Dubai take control early and maintain the lead throughout the game.
Dubai opened strongly, scoring 37 points in the first quarter to establish a 37–25 advantage. Although Crvena Zvezda reduced the deficit briefly in the second quarter, Dubai extended their lead and went into halftime 63–43 ahead.
The team continued to dominate after the break, pushing the margin to as much as 30 points in the third quarter and entering the final period with a 90–63 lead. Dubai passed the 100-point mark with five minutes remaining before sealing the 114–91 win.
Six Dubai players finished in double figures. Dwayne Bacon led the scoring with 21 points, while Džanan Musa added 18. Mfiondu Kabengele scored 15, Kosta Kondić had 14, Filip Petrušev contributed 13, and Davis Bertans finished with 11.
After the game, Dubai head coach Jurica Golemac said the team dedicated the performance to the UAE and the club’s supporters.
Dubai Basketball will next travel to Belgrade to face Partizan, the reigning ABA League champions, in their next European fixture.
