Dubai is preparing to host the second edition of the World Sports Summit from December 28 to 29, 2026, under the theme 'Uniting the World Through Sport'.
Organised by the Dubai Sports Council, the event will bring together leading sports figures, decision-makers, experts and athletes from around the world, reinforcing its position as one of the largest global gatherings focused on the future of sport.
The council says preparations are underway under the guidance of senior leadership, with themes being developed to reflect major trends shaping the sports industry, including technology, artificial intelligence and talent development.
This year’s edition is expected to be the most comprehensive yet, with a focus on strengthening international cooperation and launching initiatives that support the long-term growth of global sport.
