England are into the Rugby World Cup final after stunning New Zealand in an enthralling semi-final in Yokohama.

Eddie Jones' men made a superb start to the proceedings, taking the lead with a try after just 97 seconds.

A try from Manu Tuilagi and four penalties from the boot of George Ford saw England see off the reigning world champions 19-7.

They face Wales or South Africa in the final next weekend.
