Fans get glimpse of F1 heroes during pit lane walk at Yas Marina Circuit

The Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2024 race weekend kicked off on Thursday, with fans getting a first-hand view of the F1 team mechanics and officials at work in their garages during the public Pit Lane Walk.

As Yas Marina Circuit gears up for the 16th and final race of the season on Sunday, spectators of all ages had the chance to watch mechanics fine-tune the cars and catch a glimpse of the drivers ahead of the race weekend.

While Max Verstappen has already secured his fourth consecutive drivers’ title, the constructors' title is still up for grabs.

The Abu Dhabi event is expected to draw over 170,000 fans over the weekend.
