Federer completes 100 ATP wins in Dubai

Roger Federer has won the Dubai Duty Free Tennis Championships for the eighth time.

The 20-time Grand Slam winner beat fifth seed Stefanos Tsitsipas from Greece in straight sets on Saturday night. 

The win is Federer's 100th career ATP singles title, making him the second male player to reach the milestone after Jimmy Connors. 

Meanwhile fourth seeds Rajeev Ram and Joe Salisbury beat Ben McLachlan and Jan-Lennard Struff to win the men's doubles title. 

It was the duo's first win as a team.
