Former Dubai winner Rahm defends Spanish Open title

The 2017 DP World Tour Championship winner Jon Rahm has successfully defended his Spanish Open title.

The home favourite finished five shots clear of fellow countryman Rafa Cabrera Bello in Madrid.

Meanwhile, Samuel Del Val ended the tournament seven shots behind Rahm.

Last year, the 24-year-old finished two shots in front of Ireland's Paul Dunne.
