Formula 2 driver killed in crash

A Formula 2 driver has been killed in a crash.

The motorsport's governing body confirmed that Anthoine Hubert died after an incident at the Belgian Grand Prix.

The Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) said the 22-year-old from France suffered fatal injuries from the impact of colliding with the car of fellow competitor Juan Manuel Correa.

They were driving at around 270 kmph when the crash happened at the Raidillon swerves.

Meanwhile, Correa is in stable condition but still in intensive care.
